ARTICLE 1
Registration, Ticketing & Wristband
● Participants must register online at www.undvd.com/undvdnightslive to know their standing point in the concert area.
UNDVD FRIENDS diwajibkan untuk melakukan registrasi secara online melalui www.undvd.com/undvdnightslive untuk mengetahui posisi berdiri di area konser.
● After registering on the website, participants will receive tickets through e-mails.
Setelah melakukan registrasi secara online, UNDVD Friends akan mendapatkan e-ticket yang dikirimkan ke e-mail yang terdaftar.
● E-tickets are to be exchanged for wristbands at the exchange counters.
E-ticket akan ditukarkan dengan gelang konser di loket penukaran tiket.
● Advanced E-tickets exchange is available 2 days before the concert at UNDVD office.
Penukaran tiket lebih awal dapat dilakukan di kantor UNDVD 2 hari sebelum konser berlangsung.
● Individual participants from Jakarta-Tangerang are encouraged to exchange their E-tickets in advanced.
UNDVD Friends yang berasal dari Jakarta-Tangerang dihimbau untuk melakukan penukaran e-ticket lebih awal.
● Group participants from out side of Jakarta/Tangerang may exchange their tickets for wristbands at their designated hotel.
UNDVD friends yang tergabung dalam grup dari luar Jakarta/Tangerang dapat menukarkan e-ticket dengan gelang konser di hotel yang sudah ditetapkan.
● During the day of the event, E-tickets exchange counters are open from 15:00 - 17:00.
Penukaran e-ticket pada hari konser dapat dilakukan di loket penukaran di lokasi konser. Loket penukaran dibuka dari pukul 15:00 - 17:00 WIB.
ARTICLE 2
Covid Regulations
● Individual participants are required to undergo swab test on location on the day of the event.
UNDVD FRIENDS yang telah mendaftar secara individu diwajibkan untuk melakukan swab test di lokasi konser.
● Participants who are in groups (including those from out side of Jakarta/Tangerang), must take antigen at their own designated meet point before traveling to the concert venue.
UNDVD Friends yang tergabung dalam grup (termasuk dengan grup yang berasal dari luar Jakarta/Tangerang), diwajibkan untuk melakukan test antigen yang sudah disediakan dari tempat asal masing-masing sebelum berangkat ke lokasi konser.
● Individual participants can use their own antigen result certificate, provided that the test is taken at least 24 hours before the day of the concert.
UNDVD Friends yang datang secara individu diperbolehkan untuk membawa hasil antigen sendiri, dengan catatan bahwa test dilakukan 24 jam sebelum konser dimulai.
ARTICLE 3
Health & Safety
● This concert may not be safe for some people with epilepsy. Some lighting is used at this concert that may be disruptive to people who are sensitive to light.
Ada kemungkinan dimana konser ini tidak aman bagi mereka yang memiliki penyakit epilepsi. Beberapa pencahayaan di konser ini mungkin dapat menganggu orang yang sensitif terhadap cahaya.
● Participants are required to have received 3rd dose of vaccineas recommended by the government.
UNDVD Friends diwajibkan untuk telah menerima dosis ke-3 vaksinasi Covid-19, seperti yang sudah direkomendasikan oleh pemerintah.
● On the day of the concert, individual participants agree to undergo swab test before participating in the live concert.
Pada hari berjalannya acara, UNDVD Friends menyetujui untuk melakukan swab test sebelum memasuki area konser
● Do not falsify health data.
UNDVD Friends dilarang untuk merekayasa data kesehatan.
● Participants are required to have and be registered in the Peduli Lindungi app.
UNDVD Friends diwajibkan untuk terdaftar di dalam aplikasi Peduli Lindungi, dan memiliki aplikasi tersebut di handphone masing-masing.
ARTICLE 4
Concert & Live Recording
Before attending the live concert, participants are required to:
Sebelum mengikuti Live Concert, UNDVD Friends dihimbau untuk:
● Listen to the new album of UNDVD ‘GRATITUDE’ available across all music platform
Mendengarkan album baru UNDVD ‘GRATITUDE’ yang telah tersedia di semua platform musik.
● Memorize all the lyrics & sequence.
Menghafal semua lirik lagu dan rangkaian acara
Before entering the venue, participants are required to:
Sebelum memasuki area konser, UNDVD Friends diwajibkan untuk:
● Come to the venue 90 minutes before live recording.
Datang ke lokasi konser 90 menit sebelum live recording.
● Exchange tickets for wristbands at the registration counter.
Menukarkan e-ticket dengan gelang konser di loket penukaran.
During the live concert, participants hereby agree to the following:
Selama konser berlangsung, UNDVD Friends dengan ini menyatakan setuju akan beberapa hal dibawah ini:
● Agree to be part of the videoshoot.
Setuju untuk menjadi bagian dari perekaman vidio.
● Give consent for the video to be commercialized.
Memberikan izin bahwa gambar yang direkam dapat dikomersilkan.
● Participate willfully should there be a need for videoretake.
Setuju untuk berpartisipasi jika ada pengambilan gambar ulang.
● Participating in the entire song recording.
Setuju untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam keseluruhan perekaman lagu-lagu yang ada di konser.
● Follow the stage manager directions.
Mengikuti arahan-arahan dari stage manager.
● Adjust facial expression to the mood of the song.
Menyesuaikan ekspresi wajah dengan suasana lagu.
● Do not go in and out of the studio during live recording.
Setuju untuk tidak keluar/masuk aula konser selama perekaman video.
● Do not make any unnecessary activities (daydreaming, talking) that can be captured on camera.
Setuju untuk tidak melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang tidak perlu (melamun, berbicara) yang dapat terekam dalam kamera.
● Do not bring any food and beverages into the concert area.
Setuju untuk tidak membawa makanan/minuman apapun ke dalam area konser.
ARTICLE 5
Security
● Do not bring any large bags, such as: backpacks, sport bags, luggages, etc.
UNDVD Friends tidak diperbolehkan untuk membawa tas besar, seperti: ransel, tas olahraga, koper, dll.
● Do not bring laptops, professional cameras, tripods, monopods, tongsis.
UNDVD Friends tidak diperbolehlan untuk mebawa laptop, kamera profesional, tripod, monopod, ataupun tongsis.
● Do not bring any writing tools such as pens, markers, pencils, etc.
UNDVD Friends tidak diperbolehkan untuk membawa alat-alat tulis seperti pulpen, spidol, pensil, dll.
● Do not bring any weapons and sharp objects.
Dilarang membawa senjata atau benda runcing apapun.
● Participants are not allowed to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
UNDVD Friends tidak diperbolehkan mengikuti acara dalam kondisi mabuk, atau sedang dalam pengaruh obat-obatan.
● Liquors and other alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited within the area.
Dilarang keras untuk membawa segala macam minuam berakohol ke dalam area konser.
● Do not bring any food and beverages into the concert area.
UNDVD Friends tidak diperbolehkan untuk membawa makanan/minuman kedalam area konser.
● Do not smoke/vape.
Segala jenis kegiatan merokok (termasuk vaping & e-cigarettes) tidak diperbolehkan.
● All forms of loss are the responsibility of the participant.
Segala bentuk kehilangan adalah tanggung jawab dari masing-masing individu.
ARTICLE 6
Dress Code
Participants are required to follow these dressing guidelines:
UNDVD Friends diwajibkan untuk mengikuti panduan berbusana seperti berikut:
● Wear tops with earth tone color (not black).
Memakai atasan dengan earth-tone color (bukan hitam).
● White t-shirts are allowed, but outers must be earth tone colors.
Dalaman putih diperbolehkan, tetapi luaran tetap mengikuti earth tone.
● Wear bottoms (blue/blackjeans,khakis,white).
Memakai bawahan (biru/hitam, jeans, khakis, putih.)
● Do not wear sandals (sneakers recommended).
Dilarang memakai sandal/sepatu sandal. (Direkomendasikan untuk memakai senakers.)
● Put make up on (required for women).
Para wanita dihimbau untuk memakai tata rias.
